1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MenuHost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. MenuHost is a product of Twinning Pros LLC.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. One account per person or business entity is allowed.
3. Payment and Billing
MenuHost charges a one-time setup fee and an annual hosting fee as displayed at checkout. Your first year of hosting is included in the setup fee. After the first year, hosting renews annually at the then-current rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
4. Service Description
MenuHost provides website building and hosting services specifically designed for restaurants. We build and host a website for your restaurant including your menu, business information, and images you provide. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, menu items). By uploading content to MenuHost, you grant us a license to display it on your published website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MenuHost for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to interfere with the service, or to create websites for purposes other than legitimate restaurant business. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. After that, your website will be taken offline. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
MenuHost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of MenuHost after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
